The team is committed to advancing the level of quality through continuous improvement of work processes and products, and there are two main objectives to achieve:
1. Lay the foundation for total quality management (TQM) through business process improvement.
2. Analyze and improve quality weaknesses through continuous quality inspection activities.
Responsibilities

Develop new work processes and/or policies for quality management
[ Quality Audit ]
Peform audit work according to risk-based quality audit process
